  • The product has not been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Free promotional items or samples

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

  5. Ship the product to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

Please do not send products back to us without first contacting our customer support team and receiving a return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product received
  • An incorrect product being shipped
  • Any error on our part

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process
